Watch Strap for Cartier Tank with Folding Clasp - Hirsch Savoir Louisiana Alligator Dark Brown

This watch strap fits to two different types of Cartier folding clasps, which are not interchangable. Please make sure you choose the right type! If you are in doubt, you are welcome to call us on +31 10 223 57 53 (Mo-Fri 10-16 hrs CET).
- Type A:
- This watch strap has a pointy end on both sides.
- Both of the sides have the same length.
- The strap is folded back at the pointy end into the folding clasp on both sides.
- The strap has no holes.
- Type B:
- This watch strap has a pointy end on one side and a flat end on the other, where the strap has to be mounted to the folding clasp.
- The side with the pointy end is 0,5 cm longer than the other.
- The strap is mounted to the folding clasp on one side with a pin, and is folded back into the clasp on the other side where the pointy end is .
- The strap has no holes.
In addition, the watch straps have two other sizes which are important: the width of the strap at the watch (the first number of your choice) and the width of the strap at the folding clasp (the second number of your choice). For example, if you have a watch strap that is 16 mm wide at the watch case and 14 mm at the folding clasp, please select "16-14 mm". You can find the various options in the chart below.
This watch strap can delivered with a special Hirsch Magic buckle (this is an option with an extra charge) that fits to this watch straps, or you can use your original Cartier folding clasp (in this case, please make sure you select the right strap!) This watch strap does not fit to watches with a standard buckle. These straps will also not fit to Cartier watches which have a steel thickening or a notch on the side where the strap is mounted to the watch, like the Cartier Santos 100, Cartier Roadster and Ballon Bleu.

This version of the Hirsch Savoir is made of manually selected, fibre-deep barrel-dyed Louisiana alligator skin. It is brushed by hand to make the toplayer silky smooth and features the desirable square scales. The skins used by Hirsch originate from farms in the South of the United States, where the animals are bred under strict government control to contribute to the wild stock. Please note, that these skins are only sold within the EU.
This watch strap has integrated easy exchange pushpins, so you can mount the strap easily - and without tools - to your watch.
Being a natural product, the pattern and colour may vary a bit with each strap. The strap in the picture serves as an example and may be taken from a strap width a different size.
